Gruss von Serbien noch einmal! It's me again and I'm writing in English because of my bad knowledge of German. So, the topic is Schrack (Austria) telephone, model W80 - 12 KTW, like the first telephone in the lowest shelf on this picture: https://www.kapsch.net/KapschInternet/media/Group/Corporate-museum/voice_to_data_network/Tastwahltelefone_W-80.jpg The point is an error on the keypad. Sometimes when I press a cipher button (e.g. 0), the keypad plays the "dialling pulse sound" and I hear it in the earpiece, but the system doesn't dial (execute) it. This occurs quite rarely, and there's absolutely no matter in recognising the pulse-dialling in the exchange. I also noticed that this occurs especially when the keypad is unstable (because the telephone was open). So, where's the bug and how can I fix it? Gruss, Ivan |

Dieser Text bezieht sich auf den Beitrag von Jonny vom 07.11.2019! Yurotel hat einen TAP 80 mit 12-stelligem IWV-Tastwahlblock, ohne MFV! Er hört die Impulse, bekommt aber keine Wahl zustande. So habe ich das jedenfalls verstanden! Das Problem könnte theoretisch das selbe sein, glaube ich aber nicht, weil der Apparat im Link ja mit IWV funktioniert hat, und hier geht es nur um IWV. Yurotel, you have got a pulse-dial only keypad, is that correct? You might still have the same issue, check the position of the jumper marked "VL"! It seems unlikely though, as the phone in the link (with a "bilingual" pulse/DTMF keypad) worked fine in pulse mode but not in DTMF mode. |

Dieser Text bezieht sich auf den Beitrag von RagnarB vom 07.11.2019! Hallo. Ich habe es so verstanden. Das Problem war in dem Link das das Tel DTMF nicht gewählt hat. Er hat aber die Töne gehört. It is doch in etwa so wie bei Dir. IWV konnte er wählen. Es lag bei Ihm daran, dass die VL Brücken eingeschaltet waren. Er hat die VL Brücken auf 0/0 gesetzt. VL war bei uns die Bezeichnung für Verlängerungsleitung. Die Speisespannung war wohl an seiner neuen Anlage geringer. Ich hab das was ich meine aus emoels Post mal angehängt. Zitat von emoel 23.06.2019 Zu guter Letzt habe ich 2 andere TAP80K an die Anlage gehängt und siehe da - beide Apparate funktionierten mit MFV. Also die funktionierenden und nicht funktionierden gegenübergestellt, um eventuelle Schäden oder dgl. auf den Platinen etc. zu kontrollieren. Und was fiel mir dabei auf? Die 3 nicht MFV funktionierenden Apparate hatten die Brücke auf VL/VL gesteckt, die anderen auf 0/0. Also alle Apparate auf 0/0 umgesteckt und das Problem war gelöst. Was diese Brücken bedeuten, erschließt sich mir nicht (konnte ich auch nirgends nachlesen). Nichtsdestoweniger es passt wieder alles. Danke an alle, die sich meinem Ersuchen angeschlossen haben. |

Dieser Text bezieht sich auf den Beitrag von Jonny vom 04.11.2019! The problem in that old thread is quite different because that phone is a DTMF (touch-tone) model and yours is pulse-dial only. Since you say the problem mainly occurs when the keypad is loose, I'd check the keypad and phone PCB for problematic solder joints and use an Ohm meter to check the ribbon cable between the keypad and phone PCB for breaks. I find it strange that you can hear the pulses in the handset though! |
